Looking for a Carrotsuite alternative for your real estate company?
Carrotsuite and Estarivo both serve Nigerian property companies. This page sets out, fairly, how they differ, using Carrotsuite's own public pages as the source for every statement about Carrotsuite.

Carrotsuite may suit you if…
- · You want one general ERP vendor across several kinds of business, with real estate as one of them.
- · You prefer to start on published per-user pricing and add portals, multi-level commission or white-labelling as you need them.
- · Its real estate features already match how you sell and collect.
Estarivo may suit you if…
- · You want software built only around real estate: installments, allocation, realtors, construction and rentals connected to one ledger.
- · Payment verification, maker-checker approvals and an audit trail matter to your finance team.
- · You want realtor incentives and leaderboards, customer and realtor portals, and interactive estate maps from the same system.
- · You want help moving years of records and training each team, not just a login.

Pricing and implementation
Carrotsuite publishes per-user pricing with optional add-ons on its pricing page. Estarivo's pricing depends on the modules and scale you need and is discussed during the demo. Whichever you choose, budget time for cleaning existing records and training each team: that, more than the software, decides how quickly a company settles in.
Moving from Carrotsuite
We work from the export files your current system provides. Estarivo has no connection to Carrotsuite's systems; its import tool includes a sample mapping for common column names that is checked against your real export before anything is imported.
