Rentals and facility management

Rent, deposits and maintenance, kept in order.

Estarivo manages leases, tenants, rent and service charges, deposits held, maintenance and inspections, and posts them to the same accounts as the rest of your business. For companies that let what they build, manage property for owners, or both.

The usual mess

Annual rent is simple. Everything around it isn't.

Rent in Nigeria is often paid yearly, but service charges, caution deposits, agency and legal fees, repairs and renewals run on their own timelines. A deposit received three years ago is money you owe back, less any agreed deductions. A broken pump is a cost someone must approve, and maybe charge to the landlord.

Estarivo keeps each lease's charges, payments, deposit and maintenance history together, so renewals, arrears and move-outs are handled from the record instead of from memory.
