What this covers
This page explains how the public Estarivo website handles the details you send through its demo, migration and contact forms. Companies that use Estarivo for their own business decide how their customers', realtors' and staff records are handled inside their workspaces; that is covered by each company's own agreements and policies.
What we collect through the forms
- Your name, work email, company name, role, type of business and, if you give it, a phone or WhatsApp number.
- What you tell us about your company: approximate size, the system you use today, the topics you are interested in, where your records are kept, and any message you write.
- Your consent to be contacted, with the date and the version of the wording you agreed to.
- The page you sent the form from and any campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_ parameters).
- A one-way coded form of your network address, used only to limit repeated submissions. We do not store your network address itself.
The forms do not ask for, and you should not send, customer records or other personal data about third parties.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, arrange and prepare a demonstration or migration call, and follow up about it. Enquiries are visible only to the Estarivo platform team members whose role allows it. We do not sell your details or use them to advertise to you elsewhere.
Where it is stored and for how long
Enquiries are stored in Estarivo's own database, separately from every customer company's records. The retention period, and the list of service providers that process this data on our behalf, will be set out here after legal review.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details you sent, or to stop contacting you, by replying to any email from us or using the contact form. Your rights under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 will be described here after legal review.
